A home away from home where Jewish students can grow, belong, and thrive.

Rendering of the new Chabad Mizzou building

For years, the Chabad House at Mizzou has been a place where students gather for Shabbat meals, holidays, learning, and connection. It has become a second home — warm, welcoming, and deeply meaningful to everyone who walks through its doors.

Today, we are taking the next step.

This building campaign will allow us to expand and enhance the Chabad House, creating a space that meets the growing needs of our students and ensures a vibrant Jewish future on campus. This is not just about building walls. It is about creating a true home away from home.

A mikvah must hold rainwater and be built to precise standards, but the result is a serene space for spiritual renewal. As part of this campaign, we are constructing a state-of-the-art mikvah that will enable families in Columbia to observe the mitzvah of family purity close to home, further enriching Jewish life on campus and in the community.

Why This Matters

Now more than ever, students need a place on campus where they feel supported, grounded, and at home. The expanded Chabad House will be a home for every Jewish student at Mizzou — a place to celebrate, learn and connect with their Jewish identity. Including a mikvah means women no longer need to travel far to observe family purity and brings a tranquil space for spiritual renewal to campus.

Make A Dedication

An Opportunity to Establish a Lasting Legacy

Meaningful dedication opportunities are available throughout the expanded Chabad House. Each dedication plays a vital role in bringing this vision to life while honoring those who make it possible.

Every contribution helps bring this project to completion and makes a meaningful impact on Jewish life at Mizzou.

Together, we can build a space that reflects the warmth, strength, and future of Jewish life at the University of Missouri and Columbia, MO.

Your partnership in this campaign will leave a lasting imprint — not only on a building, but on the lives of countless students who will walk through its doors.
